Shipping from Israel, to other countries, takes about 14 days, but a delay may occur and it can take up to 31 days.
We also offer express Worldwide shipping, using local post register mail with a tracking number. 

Any import duty, including VAT, is on the buyer’s account and responsibility.

Shipping times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed. Please keep in mind that the shipping times should be added to the current order production time to estimate the time of arrival.

We recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain about keeping them. In the interests of hygiene, shoes must be first tried on with thin socks or stockings.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or damaged products.
All products will be inspected upon return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach back to us.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused during the return shipping.
Returned products must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item please contact us for the return address.
