We recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain about keeping them. In the interests of hygiene, shoes must be first tried on with thin socks or stockings.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or damaged products.
All products will be inspected upon return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach back to us.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss caused during the return shipping.
Returned products must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return an item please contact us for the return address.
Worldwide customers- please make sure to ship with regular mail and not with the express mail carrier and to mention on package “Return to sender” and the reason.
