Tal Arbel, the owner and designer of Norman & Bella: “After graduating from the Bezalel Academy of Arts & Design in Jerusalem and The International Shoe School, in San Mauro Pascoli in Italy, I had the privilege to learn from the great shoe master Enzo Bonafe in the factory that bears his name in Bologna, where I took part in customizing and manufacturing luxury shoes for men. In 2012, with my return to Tel Aviv, and a lot of experience and inspiration, I founded the brand Norman & Bella.
I firmly believe, that there is nothing like a great shoe, to help you change your attitude and appearance.
My goal is to make you look and feel confident, as well as completely comfortable, in a new pair of shoes – an all-around beautiful experience.”
