Your purchase will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment, using local post register mail with a tracking number.

Shipping from Israel, to other countries, takes about 14 days, but a delay may occur and it can take up to 31 days.
Shipping times are estimates and can’t be guaranteed. Please keep in mind that the shipping times should be added to the current order production time to estimate time of arrival.

Refunds and Exchanges:
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, a full refund minus shipping costs and fees is possible.
All items must be returned in unused, like-new, undamaged condition in their original box.
PLEASE NOTE: There will be no refund on special orders.
We recommend trying the shoes on a carpeted surface until you are certain with keeping them. In the interests of hygiene, shoes must be first tried on with thin socks or stockings.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged products.
All products will be inspected upon return.
